"The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man."

He is a graduate of Severn School (class of '04) and Roanoke College (class of '08) with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Chase is also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity (Tau Chapter) and the Order of Omega honorary society.
Born in Annapolis, Maryland, Chase is the youngest of siblings Neil and Tara. At the age of 19, he obtained his real estate license and began practicing residential real estate with Long & Foster. After assisting in the purchase of two homes, he decided that the financial and business aspect of the transaction was much more intriguing, so he began to pursue a move into commercial real estate. During the summer, he worked as an assistant to a loan officer, which helped him develop a keen eye for the financial elements of a real estate transaction. During his senior year in college, he worked with the commercial real estate firm Hall & Associates in Roanoke, VA which provided him with an overall understanding of how deals are structured between tenants and landlords of office buildings. The following year, he began working with the nations leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing tenant representation: Studley, Inc.
Chase has worked very closely with well-know DC broker Jeffrey Shrago advising firms such as Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, Academy for Educational Development, Inc., International Dairy Foods Association, Leadership Directories, Inc., Textron, Inc., and Tai Pedro & Associates, P.C. with their commercial real estate requirements. This year will bring an exciting launch of his patent-pending invention, The Fiesta5.
In his spare time, Chase takes a special interest in online business start-ups, marketing, social and digital media, website analytics, outsourcing, and automation. He also enjoys playing the guitar and piano, singing, soccer, lacrosse, boating, wake-boarding, golfing, skiing, fitness, and giving high-fives. Chase has also spent time as a volunteer for the Capital Area Food Bank and was responsible for leading Studley's DC office to contribute and participate in the annual Real Estate Games, which helped raise more than $300,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
